The Harting Farm Architectural Control Committee ensures that residents abide by the HOA Covenants when making changes to their property following the guidelines agreed to by each homeowner at purchase settlement.
You must complete a request form to obtain approval for any new projects on your property. Approvals require a two week turn around time from the date of request. You will be notified if a longer turn around time is required for your project.Â
