Harting Farm
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL
The Harting Farm Clubhouse is available for rental to Harting Farm residents, their sponsored guests and seasonal pool members (Memorial Day - Labor Day). See below for clubhouse availabilty, rental details and to submit a rental request form.
Hours: Following the county noise ordinance, loud music (DJ, etc) must stop by 10 PM and must be kept inside the clubhouse (with exceptions for outdoor music during Harting Farm's community-wide events).
RENTAL REQUESTS

Please allow up to one week for response time as our volunteer clubhouse coordinator checks requests once a week.
Please note that clubhouse rental does not include access to the pool. Residents and pool members who wish to schedule a pool party to accompany a clubhouse rental must schedule it separately click here for info.
HARTING FARM RESIDENTS
$100.00 + $100 Security Deposit
Please do not select the resident rate on the form unless you live in Harting Farm. Resident status will be verified.
SPONSORED NON-RESIDENTS
250.00 + $100 Security Deposit
Please have your sponsor-resident's name, address, email and phone number before completing the form.
SEASONAL POOL MEMBERS
$250.00 + $100 Security Deposit
For rentals Memorial Day - Labor Day (pool season) only.

Internet-ready TV with DVD player
48 non-folding/stackable chairs
12 rectangular tables & 1 large wooden table (stays in designated area, beneath the community sign)
Kitchen with full-sized refrigerator, stove and 12-cup coffeemaker
Water fountain
2 stocked restrooms
